As the kitchen is ready for cooking, I started to shop for organic vegetables. It is not hard to get a variety of organic products in Hunghom, where is an area that many people are conscious about food quality, and more importantly... they are able to afford!

Unfortunately... I was unable to buy... because, most of the fresh organic vegetables being sold in supermarkets are wrapped in polyfoam containers. This means... if I want to consume organic food, I will create a large amount of waste emoticon !!!

Does it reflect that many investments in organic production were motivated by the market, not by the care for our earth? If eating organic food is simply for good health, I don't think such selfish attitudes is a kind of organic living! emoticon

I do not like how organic food became something stylish nowadays... It is not only about food, but it is about the whole life. I hope this "organic" trend will develop more, becoming a lifestyle rather than something temporary.

Congratulations for your new work!! All the best... And the reason why I wanted to interview with you is because you are someone very very special ;)
